CareSwift was founded by EMS clinicians from New York City, the busiest EMS system in the U.S. After years spent responding to emergencies, completing thousands of reports, and navigating endless documentation challenges, we deeply understand the human and financial costs of inefficient systems.
Poor documentation leads to burnout, delayed reimbursements, and compromised patient care. We created CareSwift to make the documentation and quality assurance platform we always wished existed. A platform to make EMS work easier, more compliant and safer.
